Nature of the Collaboration

We are looking to establish a professional (business-to-business) collaboration with a self-employed professional (autónomo/a), not an employment relationship under an employment
contract:

The collaborator will invoice for services on a monthly basis, including applicable VAT.
The collaborator organizes their own working hours and methods, with the focus on agreed deliverables and objectives rather than a fixed schedule.
No exclusivity is required:



the collaborator is free to provide services to other clients simultaneously.
The collaborator provides their own equipment and tool licenses, except for access to certain firm-specific platforms where required.
This is a project/objectives-based collaboration, renewable by agreement, rather than a permanent staff position.
Periodic coordination and follow-up meetings will take place, without hierarchical supervision.

Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid, freelance collaboration for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Marbella. The role involves executing digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, analyzing web traffic and performance, and enhancing the company's online presence. It also includes managing social media platforms, creating engaging digital content, monitoring analytics, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
