JOB DESCRIPTION:





The M&A; Senior Lead will play a critical role in supporting HBX Group's inorganic growth agenda through the identification, evaluation, negotiation and execution of acquisitions, strategic partnerships, divestments and other corporate development initiatives.
As a senior member of the Investor Relations & Corporate Development team, the role combines strategic thinking, financial expertise, commercial judgement and transaction leadership to create long-term value for the Group. The M&A; Senior Lead will lead complex transactions from origination through closing while acting as a trusted adviser to senior leadership and partnering closely with Legal, Tax, Finance, Strategy and operational business teams.
The role requires a highly analytical and commercially focused professional capable of operating autonomously within a fast-paced, publicly listed environment while maintaining the highest standards of governance, confidentiality and execution excellence.
