The Retail team is hiring a Private Clients Manager.

The role
As part of our Private Client Services team, the Private Clients Advisor plays a key role in shaping high-value client relationships and delivering a truly personalised luxury journey.

You will own and develop a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients (VIC), driving qualified visits and sales through proactive engagement and relationship-based clienteling.

You will act as both a commercial driver and experience curator,



combining sales mindset with an elevated hospitality approach to deliver truly memorable and bespoke experiences.

Location: This role is based on-site in Las Rozas Village

What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Client Portfolio Performance — Take full ownership of a high value client (VIC) portfolio, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, structured clienteling activity, and the acquisition of new high-potential profiles to generate qualified visits and repeat behaviours
- Private Client Experience — Personally host clients throughout their journey, delivering bespoke experiences such as private appointments, fashion workshops, and exclusive activations through storytelling, styling expertise, and tailored recommendations
- Concierge & Benefits Activation — Leverage concierge services, events, and client benefits to enhance engagement, build long-term loyalty, and maximise client lifetime value
