At Hays, we are looking for a Scientific Relations Project Manager to support and coordinate scientific engagement activities within a global pharmaceutical environment. This role will work closely with the General Scientific Relations team, leading operational and project management activities related to expert interactions, scientific congresses, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

The position will serve as a key liaison between external experts and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up of scientific meetings and congress-related activities. The role will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Operations, Compliance, Commercial teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality scientific engagement programs aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.

What you will do
- Coordinate large-scale expert engagement activities, including up to 200-300 meetings during major scientific congresses and multiple engagements for regional and local events.




- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare professionals, scientific experts, and internal stakeholders.
- Schedule, organize, and manage scientific meetings through dedicated event management platforms such as SpotMe, ensuring accurate calendar integration and participant communications.
- Develop congress overview presentations, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and stakeholder communication documentation.
- Maintain tracking tools and dashboards to monitor event planning activities, meeting status, stakeholder engagement, and project progress.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Operations, Compliance, Commercial, and external vendors.
- Support event planning, execution, reporting, and post-event analysis through EPIC and other event management systems.
