As AX Partners expands its international platform, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Geneva office and support transactions across Switzerland,



Luxembourg, Spain and other European markets.
This is a hands-on transactional position working directly with the Partners and investment team.
The Legal Counsel will participate in the complete lifecycle of our hotel equity and real estate credit investments—from initial structuring and due diligence to execution, asset management, refinancing and exit.

Responsabilities
- Support and coordinate the legal execution of pan-European real estate equity and private credit transactions.
- Review and negotiate term sheets, NDAs, SPAs, shareholders' agreements, joint-venture agreements and other transaction documents.
- Review and negotiate loan agreements, guarantees, security documents, intercreditor arrangements, amendments and refinancing documentation.
