They are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to champion their cutting-edge clinical solutions (capital equipment) across Northwest & Central Spain (Madrid, Castilla y León, Galicia, Asturias, and Cantabria).

Drive Revenue: Own and exceed the regional sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Actively research, network, and cold-call potential customers to secure at least two high-impact product demonstrations per month.
Hands-on Demonstrations: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations and application training to maintain a high demo-to-sale conversion ratio.
Brand Ambassador:



Raise brand awareness by representing the company at industry trade shows and regional events.

Experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Healthcare sector. Commercial & Entrepreneurial Acumen: Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and the ability to run your territory like your own business.
Fluent Spanish speaker with a good professional command of English
