Neuraxpharm is looking for an HR (Systems) Transformation Lead
(hybrid role)
Your mission:
Reporting to the Corporate Head of People Strategy & Transformation and working closely with IT and HR stakeholders, the roleis responsible forassessing, improving, and driving the digital transformation ofHRprocesses across the organization. The position focuses on process excellence, digital enablement, and project coordination, ensuring scalable, efficient, and user-centric HR processes supported by advanced HR systems and AI-driven solutions. This role evaluates current practices and enables transformation initiatives.
Your major accountabilities:
1.HR Systems & Process digitalization & Transformation
- AssessHRprocessesandidentifyimprovement opportunities.




- Redesign processes(AS-IS/TO-BE)to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive adoption of digital HR solutions, including AI-based tools.
- Define and own theglobal People process transformation roadmap(priorities, milestones, benefits, and dependencies)
- Act as HRprocess-to-system ownerfor SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the solution supports agreed standards and ways of working
- Lead requirements gathering, user stories, UAT, and release readiness for improvements, upgrades, and new functionalities
- Drive governance for configuration and workflows (change control, documentation, approvals), partnering with IT/providers for delivery

2.Transformation, Project Management & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate HR transformation projects across the organization.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and successfulHRproject delivery.
- Build and sustain a strong partnership with the IT Functional Manager (dotted line) to align priorities, as
