Job Description
- Continuously monitor and analyze forecasting performance and pro-actively initiate corrective actions if needed in close collaboration with key stakeholders – especially Demand & Inventory Managers and the Product Team.
- Actively run the end-to-end forecasting process and translate business needs into concrete requirements for technical development.
- Develop, maintain and present regular and ad-hoc reports on forecasting performance KPI and pro-actively uncover root causes for critical deviations.
- Pro-actively contribute clear,



actionable and relevant forecasting insights to our Sales and Operations Planning and Execution process to drive data-driven, timely and risk-aware decision-making.
- Lead initiatives directed at standardization and simplification of the forecasting process, tools and data flows across departments.
- Own the end-to-end forecasting process and create a positive, open-minded and collaborative environment – fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration and Supply Chain Management with clear focus on quantitative analytics
- Proven experience with statistical forecasting models in a fast-paced environment (CPG/FMCG)
- Ability to read and query data with SQL; Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint user; Experience with MS Power BI and Tableau is a big plus
