Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager with CRM experience to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM)



activities in complex transformation programs. This role focuses on driving user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and business readiness for CRM implementations and enhancements across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- OCM Strategy: Define and lead the execution of a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned with project objectives and executive stakeholders, with a strong focus on CRM transformation initiatives.
- Change Management & Communication: Design and oversee end-to-end change and communication strategies to support CRM adoption, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging across all levels of the organization.
- Change Impact Assessment: Lead the assessment and mitigation of impacts related to CRM-driven changes in business processes, systems, data, job roles, and organizational structures.
