Your mission is to ensure customers achieve real value from Kunak solutions , driving product adoption, retention, and account growth.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers use our technology effectively and turn data into actionable insights .

Support setup, configuration, and initial training
Help customers interpret data and extract insights
Account Management: Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions

Work with Technical Office, Support, Product, and Sales teams

2–5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar
~ Strong technical understanding (data, sensors, environmental monitoring…)
~ Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
Experience with SaaS or data platforms and their related CSM KPIs.
Experience in environmental or industrial sectors

Previous experience in Customer Success is a plus, but the ability to learn, communicate, and drive customer value is essential
