We’re looking for a Bid Technical Manager (ONB) to lead the technical strategy and engineering coordination of onboard signalling tenders. You will play a key role in shaping winning technical proposals, managing engineering contributions, and ensuring customer requirements are transformed into robust and competitive solutions.

Your role, your impact
• Lead and coordinate the engineering team assigned to onboard signalling tenders• Analyse customer requirements, identify gaps versus reference products,
and define optimal technical solutions• Manage technical interfaces with customers and conduct technical clarification meetings• Assess technical risks and ensure mitigation plans are aligned with engineering teams and platforms• Establish engineering commitments related to quality, cost, delivery, planning, and risk management• Prepare and validate technical documentation and engineering assumptions for tender submissions

What you bring
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background• 3-5 years of experience in signalling projects• Project management experience or strong leadership capabilities• Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams• Rail industry experience is highly valued• Fluent English communication skills• French language skills are desirable
