As an Onboarding Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, compliant onboarding experience for employees joining international organizations. You will manage onboarding processes end-to-end, ensuring employment documentation and employee data are accurate, secure, and completed on time. Working across a globally distributed and asynchronous environment, you will collaborate with teams spanning mobility, benefits, payroll, and employee lifecycle operations. Your attention to detail and operational judgment will directly contribute to a seamless experience for clients and their new employees worldwide. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen operational efficiency, and scale onboarding through automation. Accountabilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring employment documentation, verification, and onboarding packages are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements.
Take ownership of operational onboarding activities from initiation through completion, proactively resolving issues and responding effectively to employee questions throughout the process.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll, to ensure a consistent and seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information, ensuring data is handled securely and in accordance with confidentiality and compliance standards.
