About the Role

We are seeking an experienced content and thought leadership professional to help shape the voice of Cigna Healthcare's International Health business.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, this role combines strategic content planning with hands-on content creation. You'll develop and deliver impactful content that supports business priorities, engages key audiences, and strengthens Cigna's position as a trusted leader in international healthcare.

You'll work closely with colleagues across brand, marketing, clinical, communications, digital,



and insight teams to develop compelling content that resonates with international employers, brokers, HR and benefits leaders, and globally mobile individuals. From thought leadership reports and executive content to digital articles and campaign assets, you'll be responsible for creating content that informs, inspires, and delivers measurable business value.

This role can be hybrid in our Madrid, Spain office.

What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the International Health thought leadership and content programme, aligning content strategy to business objectives, audience needs, and brand priorities.
- Develop and manage a forward-looking editorial roadmap and content calendar, identifying opportunities based on audience insight, market trends, competitor activity, SEO, and performance data.
