Systems Administrator – Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

About the role
We are looking for a Systems Administrator with strong experience in endpoint management, security and compliance within large enterprise environments.

The role will focus on managing and remediating endpoints across Europe using Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Tanium, while also supporting endpoint security, automation and complex Level 3 incidents.

Responsibilities
Manage and support endpoints using Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Tanium.
Lead endpoint compliance and remediation activities across Europe.
Configure and maintain Intune policies, device enrollment, applications and compliance profiles.
Support Windows Autopilot and Intune/SCCM co-management.
Monitor endpoint health, compliance and remediation activities through Tanium.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint management and remediation tasks.
Manage endpoint security solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and CrowdStrike.
Support BitLocker, LAPS and endpoint security baselines.




Act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex endpoint incidents.
Participate in integral endpoint management and security initiatives.
Create technical documentation, diagrams and operational runbooks.
Collaborate with international technical teams and stakeholders.

Requirements
Strong experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Solid experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Experience with Windows Autopilot and co-management environments.
Hands-on experience with Tanium.
Experience with Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
Experience with endpoint security and EDR solutions, particularly Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and/or CrowdStrike.
Knowledge of BitLocker and LAPS.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API.
Experience with Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
