As part of a global team dedicated to developing, sourcing, and enhancing the equipment essential for installing offshore wind turbines worldwide, you will lead the equipment engineering function. Your role will be crucial in ensuring equipment uptime, as any breakdown can halt installation campaigns. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning from challenges, and driving solutions that enhance project execution and product reliability.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Significant leadership experience in a technical and integral environment.
A strong track record in equipment engineering, reliability, maintenance, or lifecycle management.
Experience in applying structured quality processes, preferably APQP4Wind.
A proven ability to collaborate with external partners and suppliers,



ideally backed by a solid understanding of Systems Engineering principles.
Proven interpersonal and change management skills, with a strong ability to navigate organizational change and foster collaboration while introducing new ways of working in uncertain environments, all with a focus on quality.
The Equipment Engineering team is part of the Offshore Execution Equipment group, focusing on developing, sourcing, maintaining, and continuously improving the equipment necessary for offshore wind turbine installations.
