YOUR PROFILE:

* Technical Leadership and decision making: Own and take critical technical
decisions for our cross-platform design system while constructively




challenging assumptions to help the team evaluate tradeoffs, balance
technical debt, and optimize User and Developer Experience.
* People Management: Manage, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering
team through regular feedback, 1-on-1s, and clear career development plans.
* Delivery Management: Drive squad velocity, monitor sprint KPIs, and balance
feature delivery with technical debt alongside the Product Owner.
* Accessibility (A11y): Embed web and native accessibility standards (WCAG,
native iOS/Android frameworks) directly into core component design.
* App Release Management: Oversee mobile release lifecycles, store submissions,
and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane) to ensure predictable, low-risk
deployments.

YOUR SKILLS:
