WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? 10+ years of experience as a PM in Vulnerability Management, pentesting, remediation, and Offensive Security. Solid understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle (identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and retesting). High-level knowledge of Offensive Security and penetration testing delivery (scoping, execution, reporting, and follow-up). Hands-on experience using Azure Dev Ops (backlog management, roadmap, tracking, and reporting). Ability to understand and interpret security findings, remediation status, retesting needs, and vendor reports.



Proven cybersecurity delivery experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills. Curious, eager to learn, and continuously improve ways of working. Product-focused and value-driven, with a deliverable-oriented and proactive mindset. Collaborative and autonomous, comfortable working closely with technical teams. Servant-leadership mindset : able to facilitate, remove blockers, and help teams deliver efficiently. Fluent English (spoken and written).
