The Position
The Senior Engineering Manager & Solution Architect provides both visionary technical steering and empathetic people leadership. This is a high-impact, hybrid role where 75% of your accountability is dedicated to Solution Architecture and Technical Oversight for the navify® Point of Care (PoC) Program, and 25% is dedicated to engineering management and people development.
As People Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Software Engineers, advising on individual career paths for engineers,



mentor Senior/Staff-level contributors, conducting regular performance appraisals, and manage professional growth through personalized development plans.
You will be responsible for the architectural health and delivery outcomes of our Point of Care Operations;
a world wide scale solution deployed in more than 50 countries in all world wide regions, connected with more that 250.000 Point of Care instruments in the field. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical implementation, ensuring our cloud-to-edge middleware solution remains scalable, secure, and performant. Point of Care and Healthcare domain knowledge becomes a critical asset to be able to thrive in such a complex environment.
