The Position
The Solution Architect focuses on designing business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready solutions within a specific solution context. In this role, you will need to listen to end user needs and consider the user experience (UX) to design solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards.
We are seeking a visionary and user-centric Solution Architect to take ownership of the transversal digital experience across our employee platforms. In this role, you will not be managing isolated tools; instead, you will act as the architect of a unified system,
bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
You will collaborate closely with a mature, high-performing engineering teams (including Product Owners, System administrators, and Developers) to transform fragmented portals into a synchronized, single-solution ecosystem. This is a strategic and tactical role perfect for someone passionate about the human impact of technology, data-driven design, and scalable architecture.
You will also enable AI solutions in existing systems, improving their current functionality and finding the most productive environment for the platform ecosystem.
