ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Administrator / Assistant Project Manager keeps our construction projects organized, documented, and moving on schedule. Working within Project Execution, this person coordinates resources, tracks progress and maintains the documentation and reporting that keeps every project aligned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor progress across all projects in execution.
Coordinate with team members and other departments to secure the resources each project needs as it evolves.
Build and maintain project workflows, tracking tools, and internal construction procedures.




Support the project team with document control, including distribution and backup of construction data.
Produce and maintain project reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Flag upcoming and at-risk deliverables so the team can act early.
Support purchase requisition (PR), purchase order (PO), and change order (CO) processes; track procurement requests and help resolve invoices.
Administer our internal construction management platform, including user management, onboarding, training coordination, and project setup.
Represent Project Execution in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Help build Project Execution into a learning function that captures, creates, and applies knowledge across projects.

WHAT YOU BRING
Education and experience
Bachelor's or technical degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in solar construction, project coordination and administr
