As part of our IS & Digital practice, we are looking for a Change Manager to support a major Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) transformation program for one of our integral clients.
About the Role
Based in Barcelona, you will lead the change management stream for the rollout of a Coupa P2P solution across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina. You will work closely with global program teams and local business stakeholders (procurement, finance, supplier management) to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
This role is suited to a hands‑on Change Manager with strong P2P experience in international organisations, able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1.



Change Management Leadership
Define, update and maintain the overall change management strategy for the Coupa P2P rollout.
Build and execute a detailed change plan aligned with project milestones and country‑specific needs.
Identify early signs of resistance to change and implement mitigation actions and support plans.
2. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Design and implement a communication plan for global and local stakeholders.
Create and coordinate communications (emails, newsletters, FAQs, presentations) and ensure distribution through local teams.
Manage relationships with senior management, global program stakeholders and local business teams (procurement, invoicing, supplier management).
Coordinate with French stakeholders for upcoming waves, including works council requirements and translations.
