Currently, we are looking to hire Customer Service Agents for one of our clients in Valencia .
Manage inquiries related to bank services.
Provide support regarding cards, ATMs...
Assist senior customers with their questions.
Deliver high-quality customer service.
On-site training from 14/09 to 30/09
~ Salary according to the Spanish Minimum Wage (SMI).
~100% remote work after the adaptation period (approximately 3 months).
~ Bachelor's degree, vocational training or equivalent (preferred).
Good user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
English proficiency will be considered an advantage.
Candidates must have a stable internet connection at home and the possibility of connecting directly to the router via cable.
