WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As Accounts Payable Specialist,



you will have to ensure that all supplier invoices are controlled, recorded, processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements.

Key Responsabilities:
- To ensure the accurate batching, coding and allocation of invoices accurately on purchase ledger to ensure that all suppliers are paid in a timely manner – following SHARE processes
- Review outstanding purchase orders for potential accruals (GL activity)
- Reconciliation of suppliers’ statements
- Preparation of Journals (GL activity)
- Dealing with internal and suppliers’ queries
- Ad hoc reporting and supporting of other departmental duties during peak periods
- Maintain performance in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Supporting AP activities from multiple Op Cos
- Adhere to Ricoh’s core values and operate with a hi
