The Role
Join the Connect Program as a key operational coordinator supporting the successful delivery of a complex, organisation-wide transformation. In this pivotal role, you will provide day-to-day coordination, ensuring the program runs smoothly, stays on track, and delivers against its commitments.

You will manage schedules, track deliverables, and maintain key program registers, ensuring the Program Manager and Program Director have accurate, timely information to support real-time decision-making. Taking ownership of core program artefacts—including the integrated schedule, action register, decision log, and risk, issue, and dependency registers—you will ensure all documentation is current, accessible, and actionable. You will proactively monitor deadlines and risks,



flagging potential delays ahead of time rather than reacting after the fact.

Working across multiple workstreams—including Finance, HR & Payroll, Asset Management, Supply Chain, ECM, Records, and Transformation—you will track milestones and provide clear, concise weekly progress updates. Your ability to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to a fast-paced program environment will be critical to its success.

Qualifications And Experience

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or similar, with PMP or PRINCE2 highly regarded.
- Experience supporting ERP or digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with TechnologyOne or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience in vendor and contract administration within government.
