About Us: We are a well-funded, family-run and fast-growing European scale-up specialising in scientifically-backed nutrition for honeybees. For our growing organisation, we are looking for a hands-on and analytically strong Finance & Operations Officer who will play a key role in both financial administration and the operational support of our production activities.

Level: Junior (minimum 1–2 years’ experience)

You will support the company’s financial operations and ensure that the accounts are processed accurately and on time.

• o 3-way matching (PO – delivery – invoice)

o Preparing the annual accounts

• Archive management within the financial domain

• Support for the purchasing process:

o Processing purchase requests





o Preparing and issuing purchase orders

o Monitoring of stock levels

• Arranging outbound shipments in collaboration with the logistics partner

• Carrying out stock checks

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience (Accountancy, Finance, Business Studies, Supply Chain, etc.)

• Initial relevant experience in accounting and/or operations is an advantage (1–2 years)

• Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central)

• Fluency in Dutch and English

International context (including support for the US branch)
