We are looking for an experienced Senior Google Workspace Administrator to join an international team supporting a leading aerospace and defense environment.

⚙️ Your role:
- Administer and support the Google Workspace environment
- Manage and troubleshoot complex Level 2 incidents and service requests
- Support end users across Google Workspace applications , including:

Gmail
Google Meet
Google Drive
Google Chat
Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Manage incidents and requests through ITSM tools (Remedy)
- Investigate and resolve technical issues while ensuring service continuity
- Work closely with technical teams to identify knowledge gaps and support continuous improvement




- Participate in knowledge transfer activities when required

Your profile:
- Advanced experience administering Google Workspace
- Strong hands-on experience providing L2 support for Google Workspace services
- Experience managing incidents, requests and user support activities
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ticketing tools such as Remedy
- Good understanding of Google Workspace security and administration concepts
- Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively in English
