Asenium is looking for a Senior Coupa P2P Project Manager to lead Source-to-Pay process implementations and enhancements across an international organisation .

The consultant will manage the deployment of Coupa and the associated indirect purchasing processes within several international entities. The assignment covers project delivery, process alignment, system implementation, stakeholder adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Coupa and indirect Source-to-Pay processes in international business entities.
- Deploy the Integral Finance Template while considering local operational and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the full implementation lifecycle, including process design, configuration, testing, integration,



data migration and go-live support.
- Manage adoption across requesters, approvers, finance teams, procurement stakeholders and vendors.
- Work closely with application owners, Finance, Procurement and IT teams to ensure alignment between business processes and the ERP ecosystem.
- Monitor implementation risks, dependencies, milestones and deliverables.
- Support change management, stakeholder communication and user readiness.
- Deliver ad hoc Source-to-Pay enhancements, including organisational changes, entity integration and the separation of direct and indirect purchasing processes.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to purchasing and finance transformation initiatives.

Required Experience
- Advanced experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay or Purchasing transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Coupa implementation.
