We are looking for an organized, proactive and service-minded Dutch/Flemish speaking Client Relations & Content Coordinator to join our international team in Barcelona.

Are you a native Dutch/Flemish speaker? Are you a strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating projects and keeping content organized? And are you comfortable combining client contact with administrative and content management responsibilities?
In this role, you will be an important point of contact for our clients, while also coordinating projects and managing content for our digital application. Client Relations & Project Coordination
Managing and taking ownership of projects for your own portfolio of clients. Acting as a key point of contact and providing clients with fast, professional and high-quality support.




Preparing quotations, project briefings and other administrative documentation.
Following up on orders, projects, deadlines and outstanding actions.
Coordinating with internal teams, clients and external partners to ensure projects run smoothly.
Proofreading content and materials related to the projects you manage in Dutch/English.

Content Management
An important part of your role will be coordinating and managing the content available within our own digital application. You will make sure new content is collected, processed, organized and published correctly and on time.
Maintaining regular contact with suppliers and partners regarding new and upcoming content.
Downloading and processing newly available content from suppliers and external platforms.
Keeping a clear overview of all content: what is new, what is ready for publication, what is still pending and what requires follow-up.
