Responsibilities and Requirements Carry out assembly and maintenance of machinery, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance (fault reports and repairs),



safety inspections, commissioning and handover of machines to customers. Provide technical and commercial advice to the customer during technical assistance performed.
Record fault reports and repairs, identify deficiencies and notify the customer, with direct repair or with prior approval of a budget.
Identify the need for spare parts and manage replenishment.
Perform safety tests on machines according to legal technical prescriptions.
Customer Support
Advise the customer on machine and service aspects: technical issues, spare parts, recommended and required repairs, etc.
Proactively identify opportunities to sell services, spare parts, new machines and improvements to existing machines, informing the customer and notifying your Technical Advisor and/or Area Manager.
Prepare assistance reports (BM) following organizational guidelines for daily transmission, customer sign‑off, type of assistance coding, spa
