We are looking for a Senior Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist to oversee complex direct tax and transfer pricing activities, ensuring high-quality compliance, strong tax governance, and continuous process improvement across assigned regions and entities.
Lead and review corporate income tax compliance, tax provisions, ETR forecasting, withholding taxes, and year-end tax processes.
Provide technical expertise on direct tax and transfer pricing matters, including intercompany pricing and transfer pricing documentation.
Support tax audits and act as a key contact for tax authorities and external advisors.
Identify tax risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
Drive standardization, automation, and knowledge sharing within the tax function.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or related field.
~ Master's degree or professional tax qualification (preferred, not essential).




~ CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
~4+ years of direct tax and transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment.
~ Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, OECD transfer pricing guidelines, and tax compliance requirements.

Experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and Microsoft Excel.
Fluent English required; Exposure to tax technology and automation initiatives is a plus.
