General Job Function
Responsible for managing all project management processes for low complexity projects , leading small teams (typically fewer than 10 members) , which may include project controls personnel.
As experience and capabilities grow, the role may involve:
- Managing multiple low complexity projects simultaneously, or
- Leading medium-sized work packages.

The position may also serve as:
- Technical Inputs Lead for low-complexity proposal projects, and/or
- Supervisor or individual contributor on larger, more complex projects.

Projects may span disciplines such as Engineering, Field Services, Software,



Innovation/Product Development, and Process Improvement .
All project management activities are performed in accordance with Westinghouse policies, procedures, systems, and requirements .
The role requires developing subject matter expertise in one or more Westinghouse Instrumentation & Control (I&C;) systems or refuel machine systems .
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Project Planning
- Complete all aspects of the planning process, including:
- Authoring project plans
- Developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines
- Assist in planning and document generation for larger and more complex projects

2. Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control
- Acquire and manage project resources following departmental protocols
- Manage all aspects of the project, including:
- Scope, schedule, cost, risk
- Procurement, quality, resources
- Communications and stakeholder management
- Interpret and communicate project and contract req
