We are looking for a Payroll Project Coordinator with deep knowledge of Spanish labor regulations and Social Security, full mastery of the end‑to‑end payroll process, and proven experience in the implementation or migration of payroll systems. We need someone with fluent English , strong analytical skills, and a mindset focused on detail and continuous improvement.

Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in Spain, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
Correctly interpretation and application of labor legislation,



collective bargaining agreements, income tax (IRPF), social security contributions, and Social Security regulations.
Actively participate in the implementation, migration, or upgrade of a new payroll system , collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and the Project Team.
Perform functional testing (UAT), validations, and issue resolution during the implementation project.
Language & Cultural Competency
Fluent English (B2–C1), able to communicate effectively with international teams. English proficiency will be assessed during the recruitment process)
Minimum 5 years of experience managing Spanish payroll.
