As a Product engineer on this team, you'll own projects from end to end defining the scope, building the solution, and taking it through to production and launch. Some projects will stand on their own and others will be designed to integrate into the core platform and hand off cleanly to the teams who'll maintain them long-term.

You'll use AI as your primary development tool, enabling a small group to take on large bodies of work independently and execute on them fast. Own self-contained projects end to end, from initial scope through to production deployment.
Use AI coding tools to handle the bulk of implementation architecture, integrations,



and feature development across a broad range of work.
Review, test, and validate everything you ship for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
Coordinate closely with the core engineering team on projects that will integrate into or hand off to the main platform.

3+ years as a full stack engineer.
~Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and data modeling. Working fluency with AI development tools (Claude Code etc).
~ Excelent Project management.
~ Based in Barcelona and able to go to our office at Norrsken House at least 3 days/week

A track record of delivering larger, greenfield projects independently.
TypeScript/Node.js with React on the front end.
PostgreSQL and BigQuery on Google Cloud (GKE, Pulumi).
