Nebius Academy is an international online learning platform that helps individuals and teams master AI and cloud technologies. We offer hands-on, industry-relevant training for both B2C and B2B audiences, combining technical expertise with real-world application to deliver impactful, scalable learning experiences.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting a learning content production process.
- Project planning.Define project scope, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Expectation Management.Set realistic expectations for stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables, negotiating changes when necessary.
- Task Tracking.Plan, assign, and track tasks across all contributors, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and clear communication between functional teams.
- Assisting in Setting Up Processes. Assess our current workflows with the Head of Curriculum Team, suggest improvements, and participate in establishing new processes. Guide the team through the change adoption.




- Team Alignment.Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, assign tasks, and address any issues that arise.
- Risks Identification.Proactively identify potential risks to project timelines and quality, developing contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
- Content Production Tools Ownership. You will oversee all tools that we use in content production: assign and revoke licences, keep track on usage and tool plans updates, initiate new tools purchases when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement and Automation of Processes.Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to continuously improve and automate processes.

Key metrics, you'll be responsible for:
- Milestone adherence % (difference between planned vs presente dates of content releases);
- Production resources utilization % (making sure, that team members load is optimal).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery
