A leading international technology company is growing its sales team in Madrid and looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join the team.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll own the journey from first contact and discovery through product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions .
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Qualify prospects and identify business needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team

First 4 weeks fully on-site in Madrid for training
50% hybrid , once at least 70% of target is achieved
Required travel expenses covered
Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
Polish speaker
~ Native or bilingual English
~ 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience
~ Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or B2B sales
~ Strong closing and commercial mindset
~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

Pure customer support, customer success without commercial exposure, career changers and significantly overqualified senior profiles are not prioritized.
