Requirements
Advanced degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or equivalent experience in a similar field of study




Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English
Experience in developing strategic insights demonstrating data analytics
Experience in SQL and Python
Understanding of / experience in credit risk management principles
Experience in unsecured consumer lending or in the payments industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Spain is required; the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions
