We are looking for an experienced

Senior Google Workspace Administrator

to join an international team supporting a leading aerospace and defense environment.

⚙️ Your role:
Administer and support the Google Workspace environment
Manage and troubleshoot complex Level 2 incidents and service requests
Support end users across

Google Workspace applications , including:
Gmail
Google Meet
Google Drive
Google Chat
Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Manage incidents and requests through

ITSM tools (Remedy)
Investigate and resolve technical issues while ensuring service continuity
Work closely with technical teams to identify knowledge gaps and support continuous improvement




Participate in knowledge transfer activities when required

Your profile:

Advanced experience

administering Google Workspace
Strong hands-on experience providing

L2 support

for

Google Workspace

services
Experience managing incidents, requests and user support activities
Knowledge of ITSM processes and ticketing tools such as Remedy
Good understanding of Google Workspace security and administration concepts
Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively in English
