This is a dynamic, fast-paced marketing role focused on driving student acquisition and brand growth across the EMEA region through highly localized, performance-oriented campaigns. You will be responsible for translating integral marketing strategies into culturally relevant initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences across Europe and the Middle East. Working in a fully remote, international environment, you will collaborate closely with performance marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase enrolments. The role combines creativity with analytical thinking, requiring strong storytelling skills alongside a data-driven approach to optimization. You will also play a key role in supporting events, webinars, and regional activations that strengthen brand presence. Accountabilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel regional marketing campaigns across Europe and the Middle East, ensuring messaging is localized, culturally relevant, and aligned with enrolment growth objectives.
- Create and adapt engaging marketing assets for digital campaigns using design tools such as Canva or similar platforms, ensuring brand consistency and performance impact.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing and sales teams to monitor campaign results, analyze lead quality, and optimize conversion and enrolment outcomes.
- Support the coordination and execution of virtual and in-person events such as webinars, education fairs, and regional expos to drive engagement and awareness.
