SALES BACK OFFICE
About the role
We are looking for a Sales Back Office professional to support our sales team and ensure the smooth and efficient management of our commercial and administrative activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and following up on orders, quotations, commercial documentation and customer requirements, working closely with the Sales, Logistics, Finance and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administrative management and follow-up of customer orders and quotations.
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations and commercial proposals.
- Entering and updating orders and customer information in the relevant systems.
- Monitoring deliveries, incidents and potential delays, coordinating with the relevant departments.
- Handling and resolving customer queries regarding orders, invoicing, deliveries and documentation.
- Preparing commercial documentation and providing administrative support to the Sales team.
- Monitoring commercial conditions, prices and price lists.
- Coordinating with Finance, Logistics,



Purchasing and Operations to ensure an efficient customer service.
- Preparing reports and monitoring commercial KPIs.
- Maintaining and updating customer and sales opportunity information.
- Providing general administrative support to the Sales team as required.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of previous experience in Sales Back Office, Sales Administration, Customer Service or a similar position.
- Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel .
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems.
- Fluent/high level of English , both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer-oriented skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
