Syntegon Telstar S.R.U. is seeking an experienced Manager (m/f/d) Value Creation for the Pharma Liquid (PHL) unit.
You will own the execution of strategic initiatives from design to on-the-ground implementation across general sites, collaborating with unit leadership and the ExCo to drive value creation. You will partner with global production sites to translate strategy into action, support leadership in steering a portfolio of initiatives in a PE-backed environment, and speak fluent English.
