In this position, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our firm, ensuring smooth office workflows and top-tier front desk coordination. Your key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming clients and visitors to our Palma office with professionalism and warmth.
- Managing reception services, incoming telephone calls, and general communication.
- Taking care of general office organization and administrative tasks.




- Keeping front-desk operations structured, efficient, and orderly.
- Supporting organizational processes within an active international consulting firm.
