About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an international project environment, supporting the analysis, design and implementation of business solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating business needs into clear and structured requirements, analysing processes and workflows, and supporting the implementation and validation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyse and improve business processes and workflows.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability.
- Coordinate and support UAT activities and defect follow-up.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare functional documentation, reports and project deliverables.




- Support KPI monitoring and business analysis activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 9 years of professional experience after completion of secondary education.
- At least 3 years of higher education, supported by an academic diploma.
- Strong professional experience in Business Analysis.
- Proven experience in:
- Requirements elicitation and management.
- Business process analysis and modelling.
- Functional specifications.
- User stories and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder management.
- UAT and requirements traceability.
- Gap and impact analysis.
- Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Advanced English — professional working proficiency is required (B2).
- Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural and remote environment
