In this role you will support Allianz’s Digital Resilience by managing the Third Party Risk Management lifecycle for the Barcelona delivery center. You will coordinate risk, data privacy, legal, and security assessments, while aligning outsourcing activities with the AZ policy. You’ll produce reports for senior management and contribute to audits and governance processes. The position blends risk expertise with cross-functional collaboration in a global, matrix environment. A focus on AI and IT risk is welcomed to help shape secure, scalable outsourcing.

• Serve as the point of contact for risk queries and guidance within the delivery center across risk domains
• Implement the AZ Outsourcing u0026 Third-Party Risk Management Policy across assigned entities
• Perform TPRM/Outsourcing assessments aligning with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal and Security




• Contribute to internal and external audits and prepare vendor management reports and dashboards
• Maintain the TPRM/outsourcing inventory and key governance documentation
• Plan and facilitate Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) for TPRM Service Providers across the lifecycle
• Oversee Quality Assurance of RCA, control documentation, and testing results, with reporting to stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in risk management (operational, IT, project, outsourcing/vendor, business risk)
• Experience in Third-Party Risk Management / Outsourcing Management or related areas (procurement, vendor management) is a plus
• University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar fields
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication and xqbhyrx conflict management skills
• Ability to adapt to change, initiate research, and propose solutions
