In this role you will support a strategic transformation within FedEx GTS, turning data into actionable insights to improve workforce management, operations visibility, data governance, and intelligent decision-making across Europe. You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Data u0026amp; AI teams to deliver reporting solutions and analytics-driven improvements. You’ll help shape how Clearance operations leverage data and digital tools to boost productivity, service levels, and compliance. This is an opportunity to drive data-driven transformation in a large global logistics environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data, reporting, and transformation initiatives
• Support development of Power BI dashboards and operational performance reporting

• Facilitate process reviews and requirements discussions
