Who We Are:
What You Will Do::We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can help build and develop BPM team’s data products, which help our partners (analytics, marketing, finance etc.) deliver insights using the best practices in the industry. You will be in a team under other Analyst and working with a Data Engineer and a Product Owner.
- Implement the creation and maintenance of data reports used on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- You will use Looker to build dashboards and Snowflake to gather data from the Cloud based on partners requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, answer their questions about KPIs and propose solutions and add features into our reports.
- Collaborate with domain-expert (website, manufacturing, customer care etc.) to understand the specifics of their domain and map our solutions to the business questions our partners are trying to answer
- You will be an owner, solving problems that might appear “out of scope”: you will have to raise your voice if something seems broken and be pro-active to offer solutions

Your Qualifications:
Hopefully you’re like us, passionate about getting the data right and easy to consume for everyone. You are used to collaborating with the Data Community aligning your solutions to the team standards, you propose ideas process changes that add new value.
- Strong Analytics skills with 1+ years’ experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferred in statistics, engineering, or technical field
- Comfortable with using new tools, thinking out of the box thinking and problem solving in general.
- 1+ years experience with visualization tools (either Tableau, Looker, Power Bi, etc) and in an environment that let you practice and build o
