WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum and Lean-Agile practices. Scrum Masters do this by helping everyone understand Scrum and Lean-Agile theory, practices, rules, and values.



Scrum Masters help those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which aren’t. The Scrum Master helps everyone change these interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers
- Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- Guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most out of self organization.
- Guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Guiding and Coaching the Development team on agile software development principles, practices and execution
