About the Role (Czech Market)

As a Czech‑speaking Account Executive, you will manage the full outbound sales cycle and drive new business in the Czech‑speaking market. This is a high‑activity, target‑driven role idóneo for someone who enjoys fast‑paced SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire outbound sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Develop tailored sales strategies for Czech‑speaking prospects




- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and product demos
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Generate your own leads and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Keep accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- C2 Czech (native‑level required):
- Good English (B2)
- Comfortable with 80-90 outbound cold calls per day
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Resilient, target‑driven, and motivated by commissions
- Experience working remotely in a performance‑driven environment
- Able to travel to Madrid for 3 weeks of onboarding
- Based in Spain with full right to work (EU passport or valid permit)
- Fast learner, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
