Position Description
As a Senior Admissions Counselor at Barça Innovation Hub, you will be responsible for supporting prospective students throughout the entire admissions process for our educational programs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, advising candidates on our academic offerings, conducting admissions interviews,



and guiding prospective students toward the program that best fits their profile and objectives.
You will also manage lead follow-up, support educational marketing and sales activities, and collaborate with academic teams to ensure a smooth and personalized admissions experience.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Barcelona, combining remote work with time at the Barça Innovation Hub offices.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different international audiences ( English and Spanish. Additional languages will be highly valued. )
Proven experience in customer service and student support, providing a close, empathetic, and quality-oriented service.
Knowledge and experience in sales, particularly within higher education, online learning, or executive programs.
Previous experience in education, admissions, academic advising, or educational program management.
