The Barcelona Institute for Integral Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy and education. ISGlobal has a broad portfolio in communicable and non-communicable diseases including environmental and climate determinants, and applies a multidisciplinary scientific approach ranging from the molecular to the population level. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
ISGlobal is looking for a junior assessor with a University degree (Bachelor or Master’s level) in health sciences to work as field technician in the Heat-Gravitas project a project funded by the Canadian Governments’ New Frontiers in Research Fund (NFRFI-2023-200222).



Heat-Gravitas aims to understand how indoor environmental quality affects health and wellbeing of older individuals in Barcelona.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data collection of wellbeing, health, and clinical data from older adults residing in Barcelona
Participation in internal research meetings
Respond to study related questions from study participants
Coordinate study appointments
Maintenance of study equipment including wearable devices used for data collection
Programming of devices prior to data collection and data storage organization following data collection
