Position Overview: Control Room Operator (EMEA)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Control Room Operator
to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the real-time supervision and remote operation of solar and storage facilities across the EMEA region. You will work closely with System Performance Engineers, O&M; teams, and Analysts to ensure the highest levels of performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor PV facilities using Recurrent Energy's proprietary General Monitoring Platform to quickly identify and address potential issues.
- Investigate, validate, and respond to system alarms and faults to minimize operational disruptions.
- Create and manage work orders for local O&M; teams based on system alerts and operational needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for regulatory entities regarding shutdowns, curtailments, or events affecting energy generation.
- Liaise with CCTV providers to resolve any security-related incidents across monitored facilities.
- Operate and manage SCADA systems remotely to maintain optimal plant performance.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standardized operating procedures.
